As all of our hair extensions are custom made to your specifications, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is found to be faulty.

If you believe your hair extensions are faulty, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the item for inspection.

To be eligible for inspection and a potential refund, the hair extensions must:

  • Not have been cut, toned, coloured, washed, or otherwise modified in any way.
  • Be returned in their original condition.
  • Have the hygiene/security label still attached.

Once we receive the hair extensions, they will be inspected. If we determine that the hair has been altered, modified, or does not meet the above conditions, no refund will be issued.

If a genuine manufacturing fault is found, an appropriate refund, replacement, or exchange will be offered in accordance with your statutory rights.
